Below you will find information regarding my fee schedule, insurance plans with which I participate, and payment options. Each client is given a free 20 minute consultation. This consultation typically takes place in the first 20 minutes of the initially scheduled session. This 20 minutes allows for you to ask questions regarding my philosophy and training and for me to address any concerns that you might have. After the 20 minutes you can decide if you feel comfortable or if you would prefer a referral to one of my colleagues. There is no financial commitment for referral, however, if you decide that you would like to complete the initial appointment, then you will be responsible for full payment.
I understand that your decision to attend counseling is both an emotional and financial commitment. I fully prepare for each session with evidenced-based treatment methods. I carefully select questions, material and other treatment options based on my client's unique strengths, challenges and treatment goals. I rely on my client's feedback as we partner together to achieve specified goals.
Initial Appointment: Typically 90 minutes. Fee is $180.00
Therapeutic Hour: Typically 55 minutes. Fee is $140.00

Currently I am credentialed with the follwing insurance plans. You should always call your plan administrator to verify your mental health coverage and reimbursement schedule.

As a curtesy, and if you have "out-of-network" mental health coverage, I may bill electronically for you if you have Cigna or UnitedHealth Plan. However, you are resposible for any monetary gaps that may exist between your benefit amount and the customary fee. If you have coverage with another carrier, I will provide you with all the information necessary to bill your insurance for services rendered "out -of-newtwork".
Payment methods accepted include Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. I use a secure, encrypted credit/debit card reader to increase the security of my client's credit information. Card information is never stored onsite or online.
