I received a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Barry University in Miami Florida in 1998. I have been working with clients from all walks of life for nearly 20 years; providing quality, ethical services. I have enjoyed working in large community centers, in private practice settings and have supervised clinical programs. I am a past contributor to "Being" magazine and currently I am a regular contributor as a guest columnist for the Petoskey News Review. I also served as Adjunct Faculty at Miami-Dade college for 7 years before relocating to Petoskey Michigan in 2007.
In 2011 I obtained certification for using the HeathMath biofeedback program. This biofeedback program allows clients to see, in real time on the computer screen, the effects of both negative and positive thoughts on the body. Such training is used to assist clients in controlling their emotions and their behaviors, and in turn clients can develop a more healthy and balanced life.
